The e-voucher can only be used on or before the expiry date as shown on the e-voucher. Request for extension of validity of this e-voucher will not be entertained. Any unused amount of this e-voucher will be forfeited.
The e-voucher must be presented and can only be used once and will be collected upon redemption, after which it will become invalid. No replacement will be issued if the e-voucher is lost or damaged.
The e-voucher is non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be cancelled, or exchanged for cash, discounts, credit, or other products or services, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, discounts, privilege cards and other promotional offers.

A：正常是有的，但始終門市和網店都不斷有客人購買，所以 Whatsapp 9583-5380 先 check 貨量才到臨門市會較好。
Q：可以選擇用什麼方式去領取購買了的禮劵？
A：閣下可以選擇【BESPOKE門市取貨】或【順豐自費到付】。
Q：如果剛缺貨的話，返貨要多久？
A：如果真的剛好在貴客落單時產品售罄，普遍不超過 7 個工作天內都會補貨的，所以都建議顧客預留足夠時間訂購。
Q：購買後會收到通知嗎？
A：成功購買後會收到電郵標題 “您的 Bespoke Mall 訂單的收據” 的電郵，而我們客服會在辦公時間向客人作出 Whatsapp 確認及發送出貨通知。（如沒有收到電郵請查看是否被歸類為「垃圾郵件」)
